I worked as a health care assistant for 17 years in a private hospital and I've been doing live in care for more than 5 years.
I have updated training, lots of experience and training with dementia, DBS and excellent references.
I did lots of other training and have certificates.

Carrying, emphatic, gentle , patience, organised, professional, hygienic...

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person?

Understanding what's important for her/him, and help them to achieve it. Encouragement and persistence.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you?

It's nice to be able to help someone to continue to have an independent life.
