I learned my customer service skills here and now I have the courage to be able to speak to people about anything. My recent job role was a barmaid at the Cambrian inn Aberdare. Here I believe I gained a lot more experience in meeting customers needs. I would ask them about their day and make sure each individual was happy with their service from myself. I am a friendly person and looking after my 2 year old on a 24/7 basis has given me a really good boost in learning me to look after others.What is it about PA work which appeals to you? *: I really enjoy helping others. In my previous role as a barmaid, I enjoyed getting to know my customers and believe this is another important part in PA role. What are your hobbies/interests?: My hobbies are to play with my daughter, taking her on fun days out to the park, swimming, to the field to play football and so much more.
