I have previously worked with adults and children with disabilities teaching them dance in the ymca voluntary. I have experience with working with people with autism.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person?

You need to be very patient and calm especially when your dealing with challenging behaviour. Also being open and friendly.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person?

Because I am a very caring individual who enjoys making people happy I think I can offer a lot of support to those who need it the most.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you?

It appeals to me as I have very good patience and people skills and I believe I can bring a lot of confidence to those individuals that may need it. Most importantly I am very outgoing.

What are your hobbies/interests?

I like to sing and dance in my spare time.
