I currently work in a school supporting children on a one to one basic or in small groups helping them read , write and with numeracy .
I deal with challenging behaviour daily and have built up good strategies on how to over come these.
Some children I work with have ASD.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person?

Able to help with numeracy and reading , enjoy doing same activities , ensure always safe . Im very out going and chatty and have experience of working with children with challenging behaviour .

What is it about PA work which appeals to you?

Being out in the community. Love Supporting individual with their daily task that they find difficult and hope my support makes a difference to their lives.

Watching films , being outdoors , computers ,
