What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person?

I think it is very important to be patient as not everyone can do everything at the same speed or strength. It is very important to be a good listener and to have understanding of others needs and wishes. I think it’s important to be confident as it can help a person who is not as confident feel more relaxed and content. Being social is another important aspect as I have learnt in this job you always meet new people.
