DP1185 Personal Assistant Quote ref DP1185 on application form Apply Now JOB DESCRIPTION Part-time Personal Assistant A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF I am a 48 year old man and I live in the Church Village area of Rhondda Cynon Taff. My interests are varied and I enjoy going bowling, cinema, swimming and the gym. PURPOSE OF THE JOB I am looking to employ a Personal Assistant to provide me with one to one support in the community and at home. HOURS OF WORK There are 5 hours a week available. Hours of work can be discussed but these will generally be a 3 and 2 hour session and on the 2nd Monday of every month I attend a disability group in Cowbridge. This session will be 7pm-10pm RATE OF PAY £ 9.00per hour £0.40p per mile mileage ABOUT THE JOB Though a part-time job, it will require a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probationary period of 3 months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid monthly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay. TASKS CAN INCLUDE Social Hours: Going to different places that I enjoy, i.e. cinema, bowling, swimming and the gym. To take me to different venues in the car. To support and encourage me to look for other activities within the area that I can try out. Other: Assisting me to get ready for work.
