I am an environmentalist and want to protect our environment. This experience has taught me on how to take care of environment on a professional level. Similarly, even though I have not personal assistant professionally. However, I have a volunteer experience while taking care of my family members.
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? *: Respect, acceptance with the passion to help someone live normally is necessary to be qualified for this role. Moreover, a person needs to be caring, responsible and trustworthy to be given the responsibility to help a person with disability.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? *: Firstly, by fully understanding the personality (their likes and dislikes) and requirements of the disabled person. Secondly, by supporting them instead of controlling them on what and how to do any activity. We should only offer regarding their decisions and not make decisions for them. Thirdly, have knowledge of the trusted support network of the disabled person. Moreover, we should primarily see from the perspective of a disabled person and have understanding instead of being judgmental. Furthermore, always be have positive outlook and give energy at every opportunity so that they will be able to build confidence. Learning from others is also very important. Lastly, a person should always be respectful and recognize multiple interests and identities.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? *: I will be able to help people make live the life in the way they have chosen. I will be learn to be personal yet professional. I will understand the challenges faced by the disabled person and help them in any way possible.
What are your hobbies/interests?: I love to draw arts and illustration. I am also interested in 2d animations. I love to watch Anime, tv shows, movies. I also love to read novels, mangas.
