Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I had formerly worked as a voluntary support worker at the Elders Home and Care in my country. i found this very interesting, as i was able to create assistance to the residence, i always encourage for everyone to be involved so that everybody will have a sense of belonging and will be able to share their thoughts and not feel intimidated. i had a very good relationship with the residence as i am always ready to listen and help with their needs. 

 
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): One need to be a very patient, caring, have a good communication skills and is also important to be a good listener. this attributes are needed to have a good relationship with someone in need of such help. 

 
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I believe by listening and understanding the need of the disabled person and also making sure that there is communication between myself and the disabled , allowing the person to express himself, and not limiting the ability of the person. 

 
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): It has always been joyful for me to help people while growing up, by so doing you meet a lot of people and you become friends, it amazes me how much more i can also learn myself as this was the case when i worked as a voluntary support worker, i also learnt a lot from the residence which help shaped my perception to life in more positive way. 

 
What are your hobbies/interests?:watching movies, playing video games, making friends, traveling
