Complaints Procedure

DEWIS CIL seeks to provide a range of quality services to disabled people. To achieve this, it is vital that we listen to people who use our services. We welcome complaints as they act as an indicator of our performance, service, effectiveness and how the organisation is viewed.

Dewis CIL has a formal complaints policy and procedure.  Anyone wishing to make a complaint should follow this procedure by requesting a complaints form and a copy of the complaints policy.

A copy of these documents will be sent to you from Dewis CIL and requests for these can be made by telephone, in writing, in person or by e-mail.
