Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I am a woman over the age of forty who is married and has two young children. Since I wanted to take care of my children personally, I looked after them and did not have the opportunity to work much. In the past, I have 3 years of experience as a primary school teacher in my own country. I was living with my family when I was single and my grandparents lived in our house and I helped my parents with eldercare.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I think that people who are patient, understanding, and compassionate can better understand people with disabilities. I think I have these traits.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): As a mother with a certain life experience, I have enough life experience to understand a person with a disability. I have two young children and I am sufficiently experienced and understanding of their independence. I believe that I can motivate disabled individuals about their independence.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I worked for a short time at a charity before. Helping people in need is an important source of satisfaction for me. Helping gives me peace of mind. I think of both contributing to the economy and helping people while working as a two-fold gain.

What are your hobbies/interests?: Cooking, getting to know different cultures, walking, and watching movies and documentaries.
