GENERAL INFORMATION

I am a 25 year old man, looking for PA to support me on days when I don’t attend Vision 21.

I am living with epilepsy, learning disability and I am on the autism spectrum disorder.

I need support to access community and activities that I find important. I find it difficult to navigate around busy places and will need a PA who has own car.

The PA will ideally have experience of working with individuals with LD/ autism and epilepsy.

It is important that PA is able to work on own initiative and support me to plan my time to make it interesting and inclusive.

If PA is able to speak Polish, it would be a bonus, but its not essential.
