Casual Personal Assistant (Nights)

I am a 40 year old disabled gentleman living with my mother in the Aberdare area of Rhondda Cynon Taff.

I have Brittle Bones, which means I have to use an electric wheelchair to mobilise. I also have a respiratory condition so I am on oxygen for a minimum of 16 hours a day.

I work during the week running my own consultancy business. I am a member of various committees and I take an active role in local politics as a community councillor.

I enjoy going out socialising, playing pool and watching football.

I am looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide care for me during the night time. I will need someone to help put me to bed, assist me if I need help during the night and help me with my personal care in the morning.

Each night shift is for 10 hours, to be worked from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

You will work opposite shifts to other PA’s I already have in place. This is likely to involve a Friday night and some other nights as required to provide cover for my other PA’s when they are on leave.
