An exciting and rewarding opportunity has become available to join a family run care team for a 33-year-old male. The team consists of 2 personal assistants who work a variety of shifts and work closely with the client’s family to deliver the best care for the client.

About the Client – Gareth Jones

Gareth is a 32-year-old man who lives in Pontyclun in his own property. He has mobility and memory issues due to a severe head injury. As a result of this Gareth uses a variety of aids to help him; he uses his manual chair if he travels by car, a power chair if out in the local community or travelling by train and a quad stick for walking short distances. Gareth enjoys being out socialising and meeting new people and can be quite confident once a relationship is formed. However, he can be too trusting so needs supervising to ensure his safety. Due to Gareth’s injuries he can be forgetful so may need prompting of things to take out with him, appointments or planned events. Gareth enjoys going to rugby matches, cinema, new places, weekends away and gigs. At home he enjoys cooking, listening to music, boxsets and playing on his PlayStation.
