Personal Assistant

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I’m a 16 year old girl living in the Treorchy area with my mum (half the week) and my dad (the other half) and always with my two annoying younger brothers. I’m just finishing my GCSEs and looking forward to starting college in September which I will be attending Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I am a chatty, friendly and caring person who is always making people laugh with my cheeky banter. I like musicals, TV programmes, swimming and the cinema. I also enjoy going round the shops or out for food. I am fully mobile so able to go out for walks, although I’ve been working on my road safety so this is something I want to keep practising. 

I’m looking for a PA for 3 hours per week to help me increase my independence while ensuring i am safe in social situations.

Purpose of Job:

To support me whilst out in the local community.

HOURS OF WORK

3 Hours per week to be used flexibility.

RATE OF PAY

£10.00 per hour.

TASKS CAN INCLUDE

Supporting me whilst out in the community to help build my confidence and independence.

ABOUT THE JOB

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probationary period of 6 months will be necessary in the first instance. I will be your employer. The wage will be paid monthly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay.
