Female Personal Assistant

 A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a lovely, happy 10 year old living in Church Village with my parents, I enjoy visual programmes and listening to music. I am a wheelchair user, my communication can be challenging but I can make my feelings and wishes known. I am looking for a Personal Assistant to come in during the mornings to assist my mother in preparing me for school.

HOURS OF WORK

10 hours per week Term Time only

1 hour in the morning 7.30/8am and 1 hour in the evening Monday to Friday

RATE OF PAY

£12.00 per Hour

 

TASKS CAN INCLUDE

  • Assist my mother in helping me to get dressed ready for school.

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

  • Reliable, trustworthy, caring, friendly, patient and calming
  • Non smoker preferred

ABOUT THE JOB

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probationary period of 6 months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid 4-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive appropriate holidays and holiday pay.
