JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a 15 year old boy with Chromosome 10 deletion, ASD, ADHD and Aggressive and Oppositional Defiant Behaviour. I enjoy swimming and occasionally going on my bike in my local area. I enjoy playing with Lego and I really love cars especially the brand Ford. I like to keep to myself but would like someone who I could become friends with and go on fun car rides with. I’d like a PA to support me in the community and allow me to participate in activities that I enjoy. I have a tendency to say things that are inappropriate and I need to be reminded that I can’t say things like this, this will be discussed in more detail at the interview.
