JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I'm a 12-year-old young bubbly boy living in the Barry Area. I'm autistic and I struggle to regulate my emotions, I can get frustrated when change happens to my daily routine, this can cause me to pace back and forth and make my hands sake. When this happens please allow me time to self-regulate and ensure you reassure me throughout the process. When I go to unfamiliar places with unfamiliar people I can become rather shy and anxious but once I have formed a relationship with someone I enjoy going out and can be very sociable out in the community. I enjoy the marvel movies and my favourite character is captain America. When out in the community I tend to enjoy going to cinemas and parks. When attending parks its important you closely supervise me as my balance is not the best which could cause me to fall off objects such as slides and swings. When communicating with me please ensure you provide basic information as I find it hard to process a lot of information at once which can cause me to get frustrated, short sentences and choices of 2 works best.
