JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a thirteen-year-old boy living with my family in the mountain ash area. I am shy and reserved when first meeting people, but once I get to know you I open up. I enjoy playing and having fun, I love cuddles and telling jokes as this helps me to relax. I love learning about new topics especially space and I am curious about how the body works.

I have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, associated Learning Disability and Global Developmental Delay. I don’t socialise very well as I find crowds overwhelming, if I am in places which are too loud, I wear my ear defenders.

I enjoy going swimming, gaming and autism friendly cinema trips. In school, I like IT and cooking, as I like to try out new foods. I like going out for food too and Burger King is one of my favourite places to eat.

I do enjoy my own space but would like to work towards gaming with my peers my own age. When I am doing something I enjoy, I like to talk about it like like watching YouTube, watching anything with Marvel and playing Fortnite. I don’t like to be put on the spot with questions as I feel frustrated and I prefer to be given options rather than direct questions.
