JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I'm a 10 year old girl who lives within the Barry Area with my mother. Due to having learning difficulty needs I find socialising difficult and I usually get anxious and quite shy which sometimes results in me requesting to go home but once I get used to being around them I can be very chatty. I sometimes can show challenging behaviour due to unfamiliar and busy places. I can get very overwhelmed, to support me with this is to reassure me and remove me from the situation.

I enjoy attending my local leisure centre to go swimming, if you are a good swimmer this would perfect! I also enjoy arts and crafts, and will tend to take my equipment out with me on sessions. I dislike shopping due to it being busy and I don’t tend to eat out but my mother wants me to try new things such as cinemas, parks, restaurants and soft play areas.

On session my mother would like someone to encourage me to drink and eat more due to being underweight.
