JOB DESCRIPTION

Part-time Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I’m a woman in my late 50s living in Cowbridge. I experience anxiety so require some gentle encouragement and support to be more active outside of the home. I also have Osteoporosis.

Although I’m not what you’d call ‘people person’, I make up for it by being sensitive, funny, empathetic, caring, kind, gentle and organised.  I have a dry sense of humour and am very much an introvert. I enjoy singing, music and quizzing.

I’m not keen on busy and loud places or big groups of people. So if I do go out, quiet and mentally stimulating activities would be best. For example, I enjoy playing Bowls in the summer and participating in local quizzes.
