I feel like all of this will be helpful.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I’m a caring and understanding person, I will always make sure a person feels heard and never misunderstood and I will always find different ways of communicating even with someone who’s non verbal.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I will help them feel heard, I will take them out so they feel part of the community and help with any educational support.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I really want to help people. I’ve worked on the other end of things to do with care work in HR/ admin/ recruitment and always felt helpful but I’ve always felt like I could help more. I feel like this work would definitely be right for me.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I love baking, gaming, playing with my dogs.
