Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I am currently doing work experience with SVC on the “be friends” project where I am paired with a little girl with special needs and we go out to fun places to support her social development. I really enjoy it and won an award for best volunteering pair awarded by the mayor. I am also studying Health and Social Care at university as I would like to work with children- I do teaching assistant work on the side

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Kindness, patience and understanding. The ability to be positive and laugh together!

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I think I can be a fun positive person to be around and can help to support them and listen to them in times of need

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Helping children with all of their needs, helping them to feel happier and listened to. Supporting them with becoming more independent

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I am very creative- I love to paint, watch movies, music etc. I also love animals a lot and cooking and baking.
