Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I am a freelance Actor, Creative and Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor. I work as a freelance Actor at Alcotraz, which is an immersive theatre bar, as an Event Assistant at the National Dance Company and as a Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor for an agency called Teaching Personnel. I am also a trained Creative Enabler, and I recently went on a retreat to support an actor with cerebral palsy.
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Patience, kindness, initiative, time management, organisation.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Im a very patient and approachable person, so I think I could make them feel at ease in my company. Im a great listener, I feel confident talking with new people and with using public transport, Im very organised as I juggle many different jobs, I am great with prompting people to complete their tasks and I have strong time management skills.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I have six younger siblings who are either autsitic, have ADHD, or both. My mum is also autistic and has ADHD, so I understand a lot about neurodivergence. I recently went on a retreat with a theatre company and I worked as a Creative Enabler for an actor with cerebral palsy. I thoroughly enjoyed that experience, and I think Id really enjoy working as a PA because I love helping others.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I love going to the theatre, watching films/tv shows, seeing friends, figure skating, playing sports, running, reading and listening to music.

Would you consider a casual position if you are unsuccessful with this job? (required): Yes
