JOB DESCRIPTION

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a mature male living in the Canton area of Cardiff, I have short term memory loss and epilepsy. I am looking for a relief PA to cover the evenings when my PA is on sick leave or annual leave. 

PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure I am safe at all times.

PLACE OF WORK

In my home. 

HOURS OF WORK

15 Minutes each evening around 8pm.

This is a relief position only. 

RATE OF PAY

£12.55 per hour.

TASKS INVOLVED

 Assist with preparing for bedtime routine. 

 

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

Someone who is friendly and trustworthy.

ABOUT THE JOB

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted.  A probation period will be necessary in the first instance.  Wages will be paid 4 weekly.  You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
