Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

 

Personal assistant required for an adult with learning difficulties living in Rumney area of Cardiff.

PURPOSE OF JOB

Taking out for walks and swimming. To provide assistance accessing suitable activities in the community.

HOURS OF WORK

 

8 hours per week, every Friday 9am- 5pm.

RATES OF PAY

£12.85 per hour

TASKS INVOLVED

 

• Assistance with accessing suitable activities in the community.

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

• Someone who is calm, patient and understanding
• Down to earth with bubbly personality
• Someone who is patient and understands my needs
• Provide support with social interaction

 

ABOUT THE JOB

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probation period will be necessary in the first instance. Wages will be paid 4 weekly. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
