JOB DESCRIPTION

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a fifteen-year-old teenager living with my family in Beddau. I am cheeky, can be quite comical, and can be a typical teenager sometimes. I like trampolining   and any genre of films. I have a diagnosis of ASD.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To assist me with social inclusion and attending activates of my choice with me

PLACE OF WORK

In and around the local area

HOURS OF WORK

3 hours per week

RATE OF PAY

Meets NMW per hour, which includes mileage and expenses

TASKS INVOLVED

• Taking me swimming
• Keeping me safe
• Going to the gym
• Going to trampolining

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

• Someone who is has an interest in keeping fit and healthy
• Someone who is a car driver and has access to a car
• Preferably a male due to some personal care when swimming
• Someone who doesn’t mind going to the gym
• Someone who can encourage me

ABOUT THE JOB

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted.  A trial period will be necessary in the first instance.  The wage will be paid four weekly and appropriate holiday pay given. The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority).The relevant checks will be carried out to ensure any applicant has the right to work in the UK
