I have been dedicated to working with children with impaired hearing and autism for over three years. I consistently go the extra mile to communicate effectively with them. Often, understanding goes beyond words it involves interpreting hand gestures, recognising facial expressions, or even interpreting simple grunts.How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I maintain patience consistently, treating individuals as equals and offering assistance with their needs.
