What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Important qualities when working with a disabled person is understanding the unique needs and preferences of the individual is crucial as well as one have empathy, patience, effective communication skills, good listener, adaptability, and having a strong sense of humour.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): These involves helping them with daily tasks while promoting self-sufficiency. Offering assistance with technology, encouraging participation in community activities, or helping them set and achieve personal goals

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): appeal of personal assistant work often lies in the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someones life. The passion for this role can stem from the desire to empower individuals, foster meaningful relationships, and create a more inclusive environment.
