I have worked with children with complex needs for the past 3 years yearrs and this past Year I have been been working in school settings along with children with complex needs. I have just graduated as a level 3 play worker and currently working as a 121 in a special school. Im looking to gain more knowledge about the different complex needs. I have been driving just over a year and love it I also have business class insurance 
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required):

Being kind caring and reliable as these are key facts that children and adults rely on and being responsible and having good time keeping 
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required):

Learning about their needs and then working along side the family to gain a better understanding and listening to their likes and dislikes
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required):

Helping others who cant always help themselves. I am a very out going bubbley person and will befriend anyone
