Accessing Email Payslips

This page provides guidance for Personal Assistants (PAs) and Service Users/Employers who need to access their payslips electronically via e-mail or the web portal.

Instructions for Personal Assistants

If you are a Personal Assistant (PA), you will need to use your National Insurance Number when prompted to access your payslips. Please ensure your National Insurance Number is entered in UPPER CASE to avoid access issues.

Instructions for Service Users/Employers

Service Users/Employers who receive payslips via email must use their PAYE Reference Number to access them. Just like with Personal Assistants, make sure your PAYE Reference Number is entered in UPPER CASE to prevent errors in accessing your payslips.

Internet Browser Pop-Ups

Ensure you allow/enable pop-ups on your web browser as these windows allow you to use the system correctly.

Important Reminder

Ensure you are using the correct identifier depending on your role to avoid any issues with accessing email payslips.
