Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am 10 years old and I live in the Fairwater area of Cardiff. I have Global Developmental Delay. That means some things take me a bit longer to learn than other children my age, but I get there and I love trying new things.

My favourite things to do are arts and crafts. I love painting, making things and being creative. I also really enjoy going out to activities and I like being in the community when it is the right sort of thing for me.

I am looking for someone who is kind and patient and who will have fun with me. Someone who gets what I enjoy and will join in with me, not just watch from the side.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To spend time with me doing the things I enjoy, including arts and crafts and going out to suitable activities. To support me in a way that suits my needs and helps me feel confident and happy.

Hours and days to be agreed with the family and will fit around suitable activities and the child’s routine.
