Important Pension Contributions Update 8th January 2026 We are presently experiencing difficulties accessing the NEST portal. As a result, this is impacting our ability to process payments and arrange refunds for both employee and employer pension contributions. Due to these access challenges, letters regarding unpaid contributions are being generated and sent out by both NEST and the Pensions Regulator. We understand that this may cause concern for those affected. Please rest assured that the payroll department is fully aware of the situation and is actively addressing the issues. They are working systematically through the list of all affected individuals, including those who have received correspondence from NEST or the Pensions Regulator. All cases will be rectified and the appropriate pension contributions will be submitted and processed accordingly. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these delays.
