On Wednesday, 17th September 2025, we held our annual Staff Day, which this year focused on the theme of ‘Communication’. The day was filled with engaging activities that encouraged teamwork, connection, and plenty of laughter. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience and came away with a renewed sense of belonging and purpose.

Days like this are so important. While those based at Head Office often see how their roles fit into the bigger organisational picture, it can be harder for staff in our satellite offices—or those working more independently—to feel connected to the wider team. Staff Day is a reminder that everyone is an essential part of our organisation, and that their contributions are both valued and appreciated.
