Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

 

I am a teenage girl living in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff. I live at home with my family.

 

PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure I am safe at all times and to encourage me to develop some independence and social skills.

 

PLACE OF WORK

 

In my home and out in the community.

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

3 Hours term time.

6 Hours in the School holiday’s.

 

These hours can be used flexibly during a four week period. 

RATE OF PAY

£11.44 per hour.

TASKS INVOLVED

Pick me up from school at 2.30pm and take me to an activity of my choice such as, shopping, to the gym, go for a walk or to a local café.

 

 

TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

-      Someone who is friendly.

-      Someone who doesn’t mind being out and about and encourage me to develop skills.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

 

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted.  A probation period will be necessary in the first instance.  Wages will be paid 4 weekly.  You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
