Personal Assistant

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

Personal assistant required for a young lady in Llandaff North area of Cardiff.

I am wheelchair user with complex needs. I am looking for personal assistant to support me at home and out in the community.

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

10.5 hours a week.

  

RATE OF PAY

 

£12.60

 

TASKS CAN INCLUDE

 

·        Support me out in the community and at home.

 TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED

 

·        Patient.

·        Reliable.

·        Kind and caring.

·        Trustworthy.

·        Preferably has been buccal trained and done manual handling training but this can be given.

·        Someone who has understands working with people with learning disabilities.

·        Driver.

·        Non-smoker. 

 

ABOUT THE JOB

 

Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted.  A probation period will be necessary in the first instance.  Wages will be paid 4 weekly.  You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.
