A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a young girl. I have Down syndrome and live in Whitchurch Cardiff with my mummy, daddy and younger brother who is 8 years old.
I like swimming, dancing, colouring, playing doctors/vet, going to the park, playing games and am currently learning to ride a two wheeled bike at the moment.

PURPOSE OF JOB

I finish school at 2.30pm and would need someone to meet me at my home when I am dropped off from Whitchurch High School.
In term time holidays I also have time out so my brother can do some activities that I am not able to do as I get easily tired; long bike rides, walks up hills…

I live in the Whitchurch area of Cardiff. Travel away from normal place of work may be required on occasions.

HOURS OF WORK

I need someone for a Wednesday one day a week, 2.30pm-5.30pm in term time.

They would need to be able to drive as I go to a Rubicon dance class on Wednesdays where I meet my mummy (I am currently supported 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2.30pm-5.30pm in school term time).
