Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I currently work in special need school , so have many transferable qualities , empathy , patience , understanding , caring , flexible , I have been working with children with aln needs for over 15 years aswell as helping my late father with his disabilities . I’ve had training in Safe guarding , pbs , makaton , and many more .

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Empathy , understanding , patience , confidentiality. Positive attitude aswell as building relationships trust

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Working with them to encourage independence and being there to always help in anyway .

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): One to one so you get to build good relationships with that person and gain trust that is very important

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Spending time with my grandchildren , reading , Watching films and walking
