Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I have a lot of experience with careing for a viriaty of different people and am stoll egar to learn more i have cared for my nan with dementia so i know how to be patient and explain things a few times and how to de escalate situations my partners uncle also has cerebral palsy and i have seen the care that goes with it as he can only communicate with sounds i learnt to watch his eyes and know what hes trying to tell me yes i may get things wrong sometimes but we all do

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Being patient understanding nonjudgmental an extremely good listener and knowing when to take a step back as we all want are independence.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I think i can help them know that anything is possible and im extremely willing to learn more

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I want to help people even if its a small daily task knowing it makes a small difference in someones life brings me joy

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I enjoy spending time with my kids Creating things like pictures or projects I also enjoy swimming
