Working as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness instructor requires a high level of responsibility, acute attention to safety, and an understanding of individuals diverse physical and emotional needs. I am highly experienced in supervising people, keeping a watchful eye on their wellbeing, and maintaining strict client confidentiality. Additionally, my previous role at Yo! Reliability and punctuality: Being exceptionally dependable, especially when public transport and fixed activity schedules are involved, as consistency builds trust and reduces anxiety. Alertness and safety awareness: Remaining highly observant of the surrounding environment to preemptively identify risks and ensure physical and emotional safety. Respect for independence: Understanding that a personal assistant is there to empower and support the individual, not to take over or diminish their autonomy.
