A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a lady in my sixties living in Penarth. I have physical disabilities including fibromyalgia osteoarthritis and Vestibular Migraines, where I feel light-headed and dizzy, I also struggle to keep my balance. I have throbbing, painful headaches. I am also awaiting a knee replacement and as well some mental health issues which affect my confidence when going out and about and meeting new people. I can walk but not long distances due to my conditions. I can use a manual wheelchair or walking aid but only for a short space of time and am unable to do a lot of everyday tasks due to the restrictive movement in my joints. In my spare time I enjoy looking around the charity shops in Penarth if I feel up to it, I enjoy watching Law and Order and organised crime programs, comedy program or any documentary.
