 I currently work as a healthcare support worker. I work in llandough hospital I care for patients with dementia. I also work at St Barrucs ward in Barry hospital caring for patients with young onset dementia. My father had altzheimers so I have plenty of experience. I have worked in the care industry for many years and I enjoy it thoroughly.

By being positive. Focus on the person not the disability.Respect the persons choices. Not to judge or patronise.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required):

 It appeals to me because I think I can make a real difference in the persons life by working one on one with them and hopefully build a good relationship.

 I like reading and walking my dog. I enjoy my garden and spending time with my grandchildren.
