Patience and understanding are essential, qualities when working with disabled people, it is also important to be friendly and reliable to build confidence and trust in the relationship in a profession capacity. How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? I am good at listening and identifying people's needs. I would be supportive in a friendly and positive manner. What is it about PA work which appeals to you? Meeting a variety of people with differing needs and abilities. Helping and supporting someone in need would give me a sense of achievement, knowing I have helped improve their quality of life in some way. What are your hobbies/interests? I thoroughly enjoy going to the Theatre.
