At college I studied a Sport and then went on to study sports coaching in USW. I am a Semi professional football player who plays for Barry Town and has worked in many schools in the Vale of Glamorgan including Cardiff West high, Whitmore and Cowbridge High. I have experience in working in care as I worked for a company called Tyn Y Coed who specialised in residential care needs.
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I am a very outgoing person and physically active, easy to get along with. Will always make you feel comfortable and cater to your needs the best way for you and ensuring your safety all times.
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): As stated, I have worked in a residential care setting before. Building a trusting and respectful relationship is key in keeping both parties safe and happy at all times. This will be the case with me and you.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I seek enjoyment and happiness in helping other people, we are all human and deserve to live the life you want with a smile on your face.
What are your hobbies/interests?: I have many hobbies. Football, Rugby, table tennis, running and combat sports. When I was younger I used to watch WWE religiously!
