I already have updated DBS certificate as well as references from various clients and companies I worked for in the past

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Patience, speak clearly, understand the individual needs and interests and if possible make things light hearted fun for them

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Build a relationship with the individual listen to them, understand them and show you care and want to help them be the person they want to be

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Helping someone today is a selfish thing to do but Rewards you far greater than any other feeling you could have as one day you might be the one wanting help

What are your hobbies/interests?: I play indoor bowls on Sundays I like all sports and Im interested in learning more about others and listening to their life stories
