Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): Worked in the homeless sector for 9 years, I have the patience and understanding of individuals and the empathy with the clients. I have great listening skills and communication is vital. I do like to interact and talk.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I have excellent organization skills and attention to detail skills, Time management and have multitasking ability.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): communication is vital also having an understanding of what the person needs. encouraging the person to learn different life skills and giving the person the confidence to do different tasks.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): The one to one basis and the trust and friendship which can build, and seeing the person develop and having the confidence build.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Any sport, holidays, reading books and crosswords. cinema and food. shopping.

Would you consider a casual position if you are unsuccessful with this job? (required): Yes
