What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I have experience working and caring with people with dementia so i understand the care they might need even though every person needs are different 

 
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): With my experience i hoping i can give them the needs and care they need 

 
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I like working with a person one to one to build up i hope a nice friendly relationship that they feel comfortable with
