Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I have 8 years experience working with a.lady with brain damage which involves personal care, emotional support an taking her out 3 times a week .before that i did domiciliary care for 3 years 

 
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I think having patience is key but kindness and support. Having a good listening ear is also very important 

 
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I find these questions hard but i am very patient an enjoy helping people an listening to people an generally connecting with people .even if what i do makes a small difference to the service user or there families i feel like i have contributed something an it makes me feel happy . 

 
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I have always enjoyed caring an being a companion ,listening to there life stories i love.making even just a small diffrence to someones day makes me want to continue doing this job 

 
What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I wouldnt say i have any hobbies as i have two children aged 15 and 3 so they keep me pretty occupied .but when i do get the chance i enjoy walking and swimming.
