What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I feel that Empathy and Compassion are the top qualities needed for the care sector, I always strive to understand and share the feelings of the person I am assisting. This helps me provide better emotional support and build a trusting relationship based on my prior experience at Beechwood Day Centre.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Each service user requires personalized support and I take the time to understand the unique needs and preferences of the person that I am assisting, from my vast experience I am fully experienced in all the different responsibilities from Cooking and Cleaning to assisting with personal hygiene.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Honestly, I just really like the working environment and the job that pairs with it. I have a natural friendly approach to work and I am honestly committed 100% to looking after the service users and helping them in whatever way they need.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I enjoy cooking, I tend to make my meals from scratch and I also make sure that I clean up after myself because I love a clean household. I also enjoy watching documentaries and safari based shows as I am interested in learning about different cultures and locations.
