Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I am currently a stay at home mother with a preschool. I was recently looking after my mother in law who passed away in May this year. I have gained care experience from taking care of my her and my children. Although I have not worked in care as a paid career I have gain a lot of hands on experience from looking after my mother inlaw. Such as preparing meals, supporting her emotional, aiding her with mobility, personal care and help with her medication. I have learnt to be patient, respectful of her needs and often put myself in her shoes.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): When working as a personal assistant, its important to be patient, compassionate, and have good communication.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): By aiding them to do what they thought was. Ot possible.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Been able to help others and get paid for it.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I love spending time with my family and enjoying playing sports.
