Experience of ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, Cared for my son with Downs syndrome ADHD and OCD. Familiar with the day to day realities of caring, and the struggles to get good help for my son.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Calm, patient, discrete. A sense of humour and to be unbothered by small things.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I am patient. I am used to thinking outside the box and doing what needs to be done. I am familiar with many local places.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I want to help people like my son, who require assistance to reach their full potential

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Reading, walking. Love second hand shops, reduced to clear food, olio, gumtree and ebay
